Walk out to the back deck and experience some of the best views of Waterbury including Fireworks from the back deck (month of July). Wi-Fi/cable, central AC/hot air, washer/dryer, and grill are included with the stay. Plenty of entertainment (board games, corn hole, foosball, air hockey table) are provided. This house is truly relaxing and will feel like home.

Panoramic Hudson River and Storm King Mountain views, just a 5-minute walk from train station, 3 minutes to Dia Beacon. Walk to Main Street. (Or ride one of the house bikes!) Watch the sun go down over the Hudson River from the Jacuzzi (or the outdoor shower) at this prime location. My kitchen is fully equipped with more than just basics. Also, Weber grill out on the deck is hooked to gas line. Includes Linens, Towels & Toiletries. House also has Iron, Ironing Board and Hair Dryer.

Enjoy an old-fashioned vacation right across the street from the Hudson river. Watch the tides, boats, and barges pass by. Dining, kayaking within walking. Historic Hudson, Olana just 10 min. drive. This is a house to relax, use as a base for other activities. It is not intended as a place to party.. It is a quiet neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect that. There is a weekend special. If you book friday/saturday or saturday/sunday the price is $350.00 for the 2 nights. Thanks

Brand new stainless steel refrigerator and stove, updated downstairs bath, wifi included, parking on premises, working indoor fireplace and so much more.

Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, Direct TV (Note: I do use the garage below the unit for a card game every 2 weeks from approximately 7 PM to 11:30 PM) Does not affect your stay.
