Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Enjoyable stay in Harvey's comfortable home for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 dogs. We loved the layout and decor of the 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with wonderful amenities, 2 sitting areas, nice bathroom with tub and shower and even a breezeway! The backyard was great for the dogs and will be blooming with trees and flowers once winter leaves New Hampshire. Highly recommend Harvey's property. He's most definitely a 5-Star innkeeper!

Gil’s home was just like the pictures! Great home in a perfect location in Salem Nh. Gil was also super responsive all throughout from when you book until you check out! Definitely recommend this home!

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Wonderful place to go back to and get rest after a whole day of reunion activities. We booked the place for a weekend, and shared with two classmates of mine. There was enough space for us all to have a separate bedroom and bathroom with our +1, comfortable common area, and coffee available in the kitchen to start the day. Really lovely surroundings too - it was nice to wake up and walk our dog around the space with chickens, horses, and llamas in view. This would be a great space for visitors with a kid also.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

Needed a good home base while in town for the marathon. Easy to use the bus to connect to the redline and get everywhere I had to go! Balcony was beautiful and neighborhood felt quiet and safe!

The place was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful & fast with responding to our questions the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to visit.

Noelle was not only a very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable hostess, she went out of her way to make sure we thought of all items for our trip, she supplied everything you could possibly think of without making your stay cluttered or complicated. The quality of the products used was top notch, she was attentive, flexible and generous through out the entire transaction - I would recommend Noelle and her accommodations to the most discerning person I know and hold her in high regard as a hostess.

We were in the area for a wedding and wanted a dog-friendly place to stay! The property looks like the photos, was clean, and was a great spot for us to stay with our dog, Penny. Hoang was very responsive and gave great information to make sure we didn't have any issues once we got to the property. We definitely enjoyed our stay :)

Location is excellent (walkable to everything) and our dogs were very comfortable. Lisa was very responsive and let us check in a bit earlier. The apartment was clean and comfortable too

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.
