A beautiful beach front house location which is about 400m from the center of kokkari.Front view beach and back view mountain.Also close by you will find the well known beaches of kokkari.There are many shops available near by(mini market,caffe's,taverns etc).It has a nice natural sea breeze,a cosy attic with a view of both above( aegean sea and mountain's).The home is also provided with a big bbq area surrounded by greenery.Any other information we would be happy to assist you in any inquiries.

Pythagorion Harbour Residence

This unique apartment is located directly in the picturesque harbour of Pythagorion. It offers breathtaking views over the boulevard, the harbour with its many small boats and yachts and Aegean Sea up to the coast of Turkey. In the harbour you will find many restaurants and cosy cafes to choose from. Shops are located just a short stroll from the apartment, as are some beaches and archaeological sites. The airport is just 3 km away, so start enjoying your stay only minutes after you arrive!

Flora's House

The original house of Flora! A family house built in 1895, refurbished and renovated with artistic details ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

You will have whatever you need in my 73m2 home, that can accommodate up to 6 persons and one infant. Ιt is fully equipped, with Air Condition in all 4 room and WiFi. You will enjoy the 70m2 green garden!!! Located 2' minutes' walk from port, the central market street, beach "Tarsanas" and Lycurgus Tower Museum. Short walks up to 1500m the Archaeological Museum of Pythagoreion, the Engineering Miracle "Tunnel of Eupalinos" 540BC and the "Monastery of Panagias Spilianis".

Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

Kalami's sea view

Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και την ηρεμία της φύσης χωρίς να είστε πολύ μακριά από διασκέδαση, εμπορικά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια.
