The house was great. It felt like home. Everything was really clean and organized my kids and I felt very comfortable. it's really Close to the London Bridge to Walmart. It's very nice place to stay 100% recommended

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

Tom & Winnie have a beautiful house and they were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thanks for being great hosts and sharing your home with us!

The High West House is the perfect destination for a peaceful, relaxing getaway in the desert near Joshua Tree. There are stunning views of the granite boulders from nearly every room. The house is well-stocked and the added amenities of the hot tub, game room, and cowboy pool are a special treat. The most difficult decision you will have as a guest is which view to enjoy while sipping your morning cup of joe.

Josef’s place was perfect for our multi-night stay with two little kids. There was a brand new pack and play and outlet covers in common areas. We enjoyed the games in the sunroom and the pool table in the garage. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also walking distance to a neighborhood playground which we really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We reserved this place for my grandparents when they had to evacuate because of the recent fires in California. This spot was perfect because it is close to our home so we were able to check in on them frequently. The house is pretty much all one level, which made it easy for them to navigate. The host was quick to respond and even let us check in early. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the La Verne area!

Our family has been going to Lake Havasu for spring break for the last 5 or 6 years. This house was by far the best. The kitchen is so stocked to seasoning to baggies it had everything you would need. Coffee was provided. We did buy some but wouldnt HAVE to go out the very first day. The outdoor space was perfect and cozy. Plenty of seating and the pool was heated and very clean. We love that this house had trees!!! Yes there are more leaves to clean up but trees!!! I would absolutely stay here again. I was a little concerned that the pool and yard guy would wake us up at 6am ringing the door bell but he didnt thankfully haha.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, had all the utensils you need to cook with, two living rooms which is nice when you have kids and she was so nice and informative. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ingrid is a warm-hearted woman with a gentle spirit and a gift for hospitality. Her space reflects her persona and is engineered for comfortable living. From the kitchenette, to the bathroom, to the laundry space, to the bed area, to the porch table and pool, everything is master planned for perfection. Ingrid's attention to detail transforms a cozy space into an understated yet extremely luxurious experience. Hand crafted soap, scented oils, complimentary domestic supplies, wines glasses, a smoking area, and spa-like amenities really make this location a gem in the region. I would recommend Ingrid's place to singles, couples, or a small family with one child, as it is on the smaller side, but it beats any 3-star hotel and easily rivals a 4-star experience. It is truly equivalent to a 5-star experience and superior to most places in Victor Valley.

Just spent a night at Amanda’s. If I’d stayed longer I would have taken advantage of the outdoor bbq area. Her spot was just exactly perfect for my plans; driving 2.5hrs from SD to see a show at Pappy & Harriet’s (super close). If a band you like is ever playing there…go…and spend the night at Amanda’s after.

This is a little sanctuary in the desert. Really interesting and thoughtful design inside, Audrey is a gem of a human. Highly recommended for a starry escape, would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat

Lynn and Michelle are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive to any needs. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect location in Lake Havasu City. Many restaurants, the beach, Rotary Park, The Aquatic Center, downtown, the London Bridge area, shopping… all within walking distance. Great stay! The place is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location to skiing is unbeatable. It actually is nicer in person than the photos represent. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Thank you!

This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.
