San Juan : locations de vacances à la plage en appartement

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days recently. John’s apartment could not be closer to the beach. We spent most of our time there and being so close to pop up and make lunch or grab things was extremely convenient. There is a separate entrance from the street that leads to an outdoor shower to rinse off and bathrooms which was great because there are not public rinse stations or public bathrooms at this beach. The street between the beach and apartment is pretty grimy so wear shoes :) The apartment is small but was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and separate bedroom. This place has everything you need including beach supplies like chairs and toys. John is an excellent host and communicator. He met us there before we got to the room! We had an issue with the door handle and he fixed it immediately and even got our kids a souvenir for the trouble (which there really was no trouble at all!) I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the ocean in San Juan.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

This is a really great spot. The condo community has several buildings, but we felt like it was very quiet and serene. We spent several hours on the beach and saw very few other people. It’s almost like you have your own private beach. We also spent about three hours in the pool with our kids one day, and we were the only ones at the pool. It is a very nice and very large pool also. We found the unit to be very clean and comfortable. Things are stocked well and there are a lot of fun extras like beach toys, pool noodles and boogie boards. There was even sunscreen and bug spray! We would certainly go back here. We liked the location, with close proximity to the Yunque national forest, and it also felt very central to go to bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo, and a pretty easy drive over to old San Juan, and only about 30 minutes to the airport without traffic. There is also a very good grocery store only a few miles away and plenty of places to eat when you get out to the main road.

My husband and I came to PR for business and personal. We wanted an authentic experience and a safe haven to vacay to. Eric's place IS the place to stay. The current reviews are accurate. We were in a residential neighborhood where animals roam but are not disrespectful ☺️. Eric's place is in a gated community. When we walked through the neighborhood to local store and restaurants, we felt safe and everyone was nice. Language is bi lingual. Eric's place is placed in a prime location - Luquillo where the beaches are clean and the view is breathtaking!! Eric was responsive to requests within hours. I appreciated how he asked if his team was allowed to come in even if we were not going to be there - very mindful and we appreciated that. My husband and I did not rent a car because we had other transportation arrangements but a car is recommended if you want to tour and do off site activities. Eric was a major part of our Puerto Rico awakening. We will be back ✨

We had an amazing vacation at Scott’s place! The beach is spectacular and we often had the pool to ourselves! It’s the perfect distance between San Juan and Fajardo. If you want to get out of the city, but still have lots to do, this is the perfect spot.

The view from the balcony when the sun hits the palm trees is worth every dollar you pay for this place. I prefer more privacy than a condo typically offers, but this one is different. The green space in front of the balcony is private, with a retaining wall that creates a sense of open space. Having that combined with the gated entrances to the parking lot/beach is very nice. The beach in front is fairly private compared to nearby Azul/Loquillo. We didn't have to walk too far to the left to have the beach to our own under seagrapes/palms. Truly a beautiful spot on Earth. For those debating rental cars, Ubers were readily available. The Loquillo beach kiosks are walkable for all ur meals and down by Playa Azul, the convenience store nearby is awesome (across street from Panderri, which had phenomenal food).

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home away from home. So convenient to walk to the beach, and they provided boogie boards, beach chairs, games and mroe. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, as well. This served as a perfect home base for us with easy proximity to San Juan, hiking at El Yunque, visiting the Luquillo Kiosks and more. We utilized the kitchen, laundry, and had comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers!

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Spent an amazing beautiful 5 days vacation with my kids at Gerardo’s place and honestly I have 0 complaints . The view is beautiful the place is amazing and comfortable . 5 days wasn’t enough and let’s not forget about the beautiful balcony views , had breakfast on the balcony with my family ! We loved it and definitely intend on going back whenever we visit back San Juan . Also has a personal parking spot for our rental car right outside the building . Couldn’t ask for anything more perfect especially with the area it is located in with plenty of shopping spaces restaurant and anything else you will need . Highly recommended!

Host was extremely kind and communicative! Place felt safe and right on the water.

Jaime was a wonderful host, the place was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony had a very nice view of the beach and was well worth the price I paid! I just wish I could have spent more time there!

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best places we have stayed so far! Spectacular views and Benjamin did a great job of maintaining the place. Will stay again if we come back sometime.

Looks exactly like the photos. Phenomenal views of both the beach and rainforest. There are 3 balconies (yes 3!) the one right off the kitchen was my favorite, bc it’s an end unit, you can see the ocean if you turn your head one way and beautiful rainforest/mountains if you turn it the other, zero obstructions. The pool on the property was well-monitored and the building staff enforce wristbands (diff color daily) to make sure non-residents don’t use the amenities. Never a risk of not getting chairs. We took two different trips to the rainforest bc it’s conveniently located about 10 min away (horse back riding, ATVs, GoKarts, restaurant) they have something for everyone there. Ample restaurants in the area. This was the first AirBnB in which I will likely go back, it checked all the boxes. The host was incredible and responsive. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the quick responses when we had trouble with the water heater. The place was great in terms of location and amenities. I really appreciated the extra effort to get things fixed quickly and inflating the basketball and soccer ball for my son. He really enjoyed playing on the courts and we could watch from the room!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Pills were big and never crowded, lots of beach to roam, close to to el Yunque, Luquillo beach, etc.

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

Playas del Yunque is a wonderful community for families who enjoy being outdoors and walking distance to the beach. This apt has been beautifully remodeled and its open floor design lets everyone share and come together. The apt is unique since it is a garden apt with 3 bedrooms while such apts. regularly only have one or two rooms.. The terrace faces a green area with ocean view. The apt has all the basic things to make your stay be comfortable and fun. Would definitely stay here again!
