We had a lovely stay at Davin’s place. The location was just what we needed. Everything was walkable which was helpful for our senior parents. The space was clean and cozy. The deck was nice to enjoy the spectacular view of Morro Rock. Having cable tv was a plus that you rarely find in an Airbnb. Beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with the door lock bit but Davin and her husband were able to take care of it. We would stay here again.

Great place, great view,and great host. we loved every minute of our stay. The view of the bay and seals talking all night was amazing. Host were great, answered all questions promptly. home was roomie and spotless. only thing I was not prepared for is one room is down the hall no door and the other you need to walk through the other room to get to bathroom or living room. it was our anniversary and my brother was staying with us and we were hoping for some private time. It was fine though we had a good time. Thank you Matt and Toni we will be back one day I hope.

This was our second time staying at this location, and it was just as wonderful as our first stay! Steps from the beach and walking distance to everything else. Has its own dedicated parking space which is a huge plus, especially when Pismo is busy. Would recommend this spot to any couples looking for a replacing beach weekend.

We loved our stay. We had plenty of space for our family and dogs. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It even had coffee and sugar and a few other things that made the first morning so much easier. We were close to restaurants and shops and walked everywhere. We will definitely be back!

This place was so cute and comfortable to stay in. It has that cottage feel and is very cozy and private. Outside is a patio area that you can sit in to enjoy the sun during the warmer weather. Location is very ideal if you want to do quick trips to SLO, Pismo, Avila or head south to Solvang. Sylvia was very helpful and quick to answer questions about the place. I really recommend staying here for a central coast getaway!

Had a wonderful time staying here. It is on a very quiet street with a short walk to the coast. You definitely need a car to get to restaurants, stores, or anything like that, but the neighborhood is walkable for just peaceful walks. The house is very nice and perfectly equipped for a stay with everything you need in the kitchen as well as lots of towels and blankets. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The porch was great for sitting out on while our dog sniffed around the yard or napped in the sun. Randall was great with communication and local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area.

This little Barefoot Bungalow felt truly like a home away from home. Tyler and Heidi were both super nice, had left snacks for us, and had a thoughtful binder including a list of restaurants recommendations, things to do, etc. Super cute place, perfect walkable distance to the beach (yet not in tsunami hazard zone) and we are excited to come back soon!

We stayed at Jim and Michelle’s Avila Beach house from Tuesday to Sunday with my husband, sister, and our two young children (ages 3 and 5), and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the home was exactly as described. The location was ideal—just a few blocks from the beach and playground, which made it easy for the kids to scooter back and forth. The outdoor space was a great spot to relax and play games, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking at home convenient. The beds were comfortable, and parking was easy and hassle-free. Jim and Michelle were quick to respond to any requests or questions we had before, during, and even at checkout, which made the stay feel seamless and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly stay, and we’d happily return in the future.

Had a great time! Jaclyn and Alex were very sweet and responsive and ensured we had a great time! House was in great condition and maintained really well! Interior design is also very well thought out and creates a homely vibe. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I liked the property. Nice views of the ocean and vacant lots on either side, providing plenty of privacy. Walking distance from Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Christy is a thorough host, who is proactive and responsive. I would recommend staying at this property.

Loved this place! We didn’t need to contact her much because we had a quick trip but she had details of everything in a binder. Beautiful place! So close to everything, which was very convenient for when we had to take our son back to nap! Would recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

Great place for family vacation at the beach - walk a block and you’re on the sand. Walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, souvenir shops, arcade for the kids. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Wholeheartedly recommend.
