This space resides beneath large Oaks, near a creek and golf course. Sun to Thurs: 1-night minimum. Fri/Sat-2-night minimum.

Please note: from June 2025-June 2026, our vineyard has been ripped out and we are in the process of replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards. The living room also has a sleeper sofa, and a queen size air mattress is available. 1 bathroom with updated shower. Outdoor deck with Santa Maria style oak BBQ pit (wood burning). Only a 20 min drive to Justin winery.

Our vacation cottage is fully equipped and located within Pismo Sands RV Resort; a private, gated park with facilities available to our cottage guests such as pool, spa, rental bikes, playground, laundromat, and convenience store. ATV's are not welcome within the resort; no exceptions!

Walk out of your bedrooms right onto the deck with your morning coffee to enjoy the birds chirping and catch a deer grazing nearby. Closest unit to the lovely engineered stone steps leading to the docks where your boat will be awaiting you, makes this cabin an amazing catch.
