Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce logement ! Francesca et son mari sont très accueillant et nous on m'y a l'aise des notre arrivés malgré la barrière de la langue. Je recommande fortement se logement ce sont des amours 💘 Mille merci à vous deux et à bientôt je l'espère

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. La stanza era pulitissima, ordinata e si presentava esattamente come veniva descritta. La Sig.a Giuliana è stata gentilissima consigliandoci luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Consigliatissimo

Silvia, která se o nás starala byla velmi pozorná a ochotná. Okamžitě reagovala na veškeré dotazy a byla velmi nápomocná s radami ohledně stravování a možností výletů po okolí. Navštívili jsme Porto Paglia v květnu, tedy mimo hlavní sezonu a byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni. Celé okolí je plné kouzelných cest na procházky, rozkvetlá a provoněná příroda, krásné západy slunce a naprosto prázdné pláže. Pokud někdo hledá klidné a příjemné prostředí přímo u moře, pak v květnu je toto místo naprosto skvělé. Ubytování je výborně vybavené a čisté. Soukromé parkovací místo je příjemným bonusem. A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

Perfektes Apartement für unsere 4-köpfige Familie. Sehr schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Wir haben rein gar nichts zu bemängeln! Kurz und knapp: Sehr empfehlenswert! 👌

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches around. Our favorite was a small cave like beach close to Porto Pinetto. Our daughter enjoyed a lot the cats and chickens of the very nice neighbor lady.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

La casa è bellissima , con ampi spazi interni ed esterni, curata in ogni dettaglio e pulitissima . Immersa nella natura garantisce un soggiorno di pace e relax.

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Consigliato a chi vuole passare qualche giorno staccando completamente dalla propria quotidianità. Francesco e Giulia

Francesca a été très acceuillante, le logement etait vraiment très bien équipé et très bien situé. Le parking gratuit à 5 minutes de marche était vraiment très pratique

Diese Unterkunft ist kein gewöhnlicher Ort – sie ist ein kleines Paradies, das sich sofort wie Zuhause anfühlt. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und lässt einen den Alltag augenblicklich vergessen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Geborgenheit, an dem man einfach ankommt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind Giovannis Eltern, Francesca und Benjamino. Sie kümmern sich nicht nur mit großer Sorgfalt um das Anwesen, sondern begegnen ihren Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit. Als unsere Tochter plötzlich hohes Fieber bekam, holten sie ohne zu zögern einen Arzt und begleiteten uns anschließend ins Krankenhaus. Sie blieben die ganze Zeit an unserer Seite – mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die uns tief berührt hat. Dieser Ort und diese Menschen sind ein Geschenk – und sie verdienen die beste Bewertung, die man nur geben kann.

La casa di Andrea è in una posizione strategica per godere sia del lungo mare e dei numerosi locali che della parte alta del paese con le sue vie stupende e caratteristiche. Andrea oltre che esser stata super disponibile ci ha consigliato luoghi e spiagge da visitare e ottimi locali dove poter rilassarsi con un buon aperitivo. Si è dimostrata un’ottima host. Peccato non aver avuto altro tempo per un aperitivo insieme. Esperienza magnifica, Sant’Antioco e Carloforte assolutamente da girare e visitare.

Super ausgestattetes frisch renoniertes Haus in schöner Lage in einem Pinienhain und umgeben von angelegtem Garten. Voll ausgestattet.Ausstattung vollständig für bis zu 6 Personen! Es gibt einen großen gemauerten Grill und einen Holzbackofen auf dem Grundstück. in der Küche selbst ist kein Backofen vorhanden. Dafür ein großer Kühlschrank mit großem separaten Gefrierschrank. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad sind Maladroxia, Coaquaddus und Cala Sapone, Turri sowie die anderen Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin Veronica für ihre zuvorkommende Art und schnelle Reaktion auf alles, was Probleme bereiten könnte. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, bis auf die lästigen Stechmücken und Bremsen. Aber man ist ja in der freien Natur. Da ist das manchmal so. Kann man sich drauf einstellen. Cordali saluti Thomas

L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso con un terrazzo vista saline spazioso e comodo. Estremamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona centrale ma tranquilla, una posizione dalla quale è possibile visitare il centro a piedi ma anche spostarsi agilmente verso le spiagge etutto il resto dell'isola sia in macchina che motorino. Federico è stato cortese e disponibile sia in termini di flessibilità degli orari che nel fornirci indicazioni sui posti e ristoranti che vale la pena visitare. Un soggiorno durato una settimana nella quale siamo stati come a casa. Consigliatissimo

L’appartamento é restaurato con grande cura e attenzione ai particolari, in una location suggestiva del centro di Carloforte a due passi da bar e negozi. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e attenti ad ogni richiesta. Fortemente Raccomandato, torneremo sicuramente!

Alloggio gradevole, spazi eccellenti e confortevoli: bagni funzionali alle necessità (ottima la presenza della lavatrice), camere da letto dotate di letti comodi che ci hanno garantito una ottima qualità del sonno, nonostante qualche acciacco fisico. La cucina perfetta, dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari alla tipologia di vacanza avevamo programmato. Posizione ottimale, comodo raggiungere le spiagge dell’isola, la zona dei locali e il porto. Poche difficoltà nei parcheggi. Valentina disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito indicazioni precise per raggiungere l’appartamento e sui posti da vedere/dove mangiare. Comoda anche la possibilità di effettuare il self check-in. Se dovessimo tornare a Carloforte sarebbe sicuramente perfetto poter rialloggiare qui!
