This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

Hike up to a well designed, small-but-mighty modern cabin with fast WiFi, your own hot tub and a panoramic view spanning across the bay from the Golden Gate to the San Mateo bridge. 108 stairs lead up to the Aerie, so if you don’t want to get your steps in, this is probably not the space for you! 15 min from OAK and city life, but a world away. Sunsets are glorious here. The Aerie is a special spot just for 1 or 2, so leave the posse behind. Registered guests only.

Built in 2021, this bright 1 bedroom, 1 bath guesthouse has all new appliances and amenities, including a hot tub, fire pit, grill, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Spend your mornings enjoying breakfast in the sunny breakfast nook and your afternoons on the spacious patio. A private entrance and yard provide complete privacy.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
