This studio includes a bathroom with a shower, a washer/dryer and a kitchenette. It is the perfect spot for a lone artist, a couple or a family to enjoy Martha's Vineyard any time of year. This property shares the driveway and parking with Vineyard Meadows Writer's Cottage.

Hello vacation! The 1st floor of this renovated home has a gorgeous kitchen with a huge island ideal for meal prep, eating, hanging out and more! Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
