You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

This is our favorite place to stay each year. It is a wonderful place and Elizabeth is a PERFECT host.

My best friend and I live in different states, and plan meet-ups in fun locations a couple of times a year, and we chose the Cape for this one. The Lotus was the PERFECT choice for our stay!! The home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. It has everything you could possibly want for amenities, and is so comfy. We had one day where it just POURED, and even hanging inside in front of the fire while sipping cocktails was amazing. The dock out over the pond was so great, with some great chairs to chill in. And the information provided about the house and area is second to none! What a fantastic stay, I would recommend so highly to anyone looking for a little oasis on the Cape.

This was my 6th year staying with Carolyn, in 3 different units. Carolyn is professional, and accommodating. I love the decorations, but the apartment is not cluttered, but the details are thoughtfully provided. Onset is my hometown so I am not impartial about the location. She responds promptly to questions and needs and checks in but does not hover. Carolyn is an excellent host and I am always happy to support her business.

This was going to be our second time staying at Anne’s beautiful Air BnB. Unfortunately issues at the building the day we were due to check in required Anne to cancel our stay. This is still an all five-star rating because Anne was fast to communicate the problem. She even contacted another host to put an alternative place on hold for us while we decided what to do. At each step of the way Anne was wonderfully responsive. While it was not an ideal situation, knowing Anne was available to take our calls and answer our questions while we worked to pivot took away the stress of losing your planned getaway spot. We decided not to stay at the alternative spot, but I commend Anne for having a place on hold. It allowed us to take the time to look and consider all options, which removed any and all frustration that could have easily colored the day and our weekend. We plan to return sometime in the future.

I had a restful stay at Mark's place. It's in walking distance to the ferry along with other amenities like bike rental, supermarket, local restaurants, the Net Result, as well as the ferry terminal. It's a great option for anyone who wants to visit MV without a car as local buses are also nearby. Mark tends to his home with care. It's a distinctive place with tons of character, just like MV, which is why I've been returning to the island for 30+ years. I'll be back!

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

I had an incredible experience staying at Monica and TJ’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The place was great. The backyard was the perfect spot to cook burgers and hang out. The space can just be a little cold outside the summer months so prepare to dress warmer.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

What a lovely retreat! Spacious and sunny getaway on the shores of a pond, this was the perfect location to relax and unwind for us. The house was sunny, with a lovely pond view. It was private and peaceful. Alyssa was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and went above and beyond when I gave her a heads up about a tiny issue. Great process and thoughtful host. We were 20-30 minutes from our favorite activities in Newport and a few minutes' drive from yummy restaurants in Tiverton.

Great house for families, lots of room to spread out and enjoy. The location is terrific. The host and his family are nice and friendly. Communication with the host was excellent.

This pond side house is perfect for a family vacation. If one enjoys water and serenity, this is the place to be. The house is located in a very private lot and well-appointed inside. It's well equipped with kayak, canoe and paddle boards for everyone. And fishing is great for kids and adults in the nice pond with super clear water. Luther, the host, is also very friendly and considerate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway on cape.

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Anne’s place is an amazing old ocean front home. I was so excited to experience staying there, as we have no houses like this where I’m from. The ocean views are amazing from the porch, the upstairs bedrooms, and the crow’s nest. We watched seals and eider and mergansers and loons. It was also great to people watch from the front porch as lots of dog walkers walked by. We rock scrambled at low tide and got out to Brant Rock. Anne was super responsive and quick to answer questions when we first checked in. The house is old, quirky, and beautiful. The updated bathrooms are gorgeous. We cooked breads and lasagna and lots of other stuff and had all the pots, pans, and baking pans that we needed (which is rare in an Airbnb). Really lovely stay in a really lovely home. The perfect place to ring in the New Year with people I love.

We stayed at this home with a group of five people and the home fit everyone great. The view from the home of the marsh is beautiful and we spent Saturday hanging out on the dock. It is really peaceful and we had an amazing time. Michele was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating with being flexible for check in and check out times. Thank you again!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful place with cozy, beachy decor. We loved the location right on the beach with an incredible view! We could walk around town. The place was perfect and we would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. Brian’s place was a lovely stay! Extremely clean, beautiful and comfortable. Many thoughtful touches throughout the home and a well stocked kitchen for any cooking. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Jack was fantastic. Not only was the place gorgeous and comfortable, a snowstorm hit while we were there and he helped us navigate that and offered what he could do to help us out. Wonderful location, amazing views, and comfy home. 10/10

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.
