This new studio is less than a mile to Canton Street and close to wedding venues. Furnished with upscale finishes, this studio style guesthouse is comfortable and convenient. It is separate from the main house with a private entrance and off-street parking spot. Walk to Historic Roswell or enjoy the nearby parks and trails. The neighborhood, known as VaHi to locals, is a popular destination because it’s home to dozens of unique restaurants and shops, set along tree lined streets adorned by charming bunglaows, like BelleVue! Perfect location only a few minute's walk to amazing culinary and shopping experiences. Piedmont Park, the Botanical Gardens and Atlanta’s Beltline are all an easy walk or bike ride away. Midtown, Emory and Ponce City Market and access to public transit are all close by as well.

You’ll love our place because of a quiet, separate entry to a spacious apartment, and high deck with a view. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Whether you're here for work and need peace and quiet (& blazing fast fiber wifi) or you're coming to paint the town, our place is for you. and features a full kitchen, AC, and porch to relax on. The entrance to the home is down our driveway.

Plus, it's a 2-min walk to the bus stop which will take you to MARTA, so you can explore the whole city!
