The spacious flat with large balcony facing west is part of a lovely country side house in an absolutely quiet location in the heart of the pictoresque mountain and skiing region Dachstein-Schladming. Plenty of walking tours and even summit option (Gumpeneck 2226m) starting at the house. Only 18 min drive to the interlinked 4 mountains slopes (123km) Dachstein. Child friendly, lawn. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Ferienhütte Grimming

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !

Ruhig und sonnig am Südhang des Kammspitz gelegen. Holzhaus mit ökologischen und naturbelassenen Baustoffen. Großzügige Terrasse mit Westausrichtung. Ganzjährig ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Beispiel für Wanderungen, Mountainbike, Klettertouren, Alpinski, Langlauf oder Gleitschirm fliegen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich Küche, Essen, Sanitär und ein Schlafraum. Im Dachgeschoss sind weitere Schlafräume. Einfache Ausstattung.

This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
