Walk to beaches, downtown plaza, restaurants & bars. Two bedrooms, one bathroom casita. One queen bedroom with A/C. The second bedroom has a twin bed and no A/C. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, front and back patio, large yard & free parking on gated property. Two persons maximum.

Relax beach apartment to enjoy with your partner or family, fully equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy the wonders that the town of Guanica offers. The apartment is located in the town of Playa Santa, near to 4 spectacular beaches. You can walk to the beaches of Playa Santa, Playa Manglillo, Playa La Jungla, and Playa Escondida. Additionally, it is next to exquisite restaurants and a center to do "Scuba Diving".

This paradise comes with ocean views with amazing sunsets from our hilltop. Set in large private grounds with many tropical fruit trees and an avenue of royal palms with a variety of tropical birds and wildlife. Easily situated for access to restaurants and shops. Includes backup power (solar / battery + generator) / water (1200 gallons) and internet (cable + satellite). Beach access is a just a few steps down the road.

Playa Santa Sweet Escape

Kick back and relax at our calm beach theme place. Our apartment has amazing beaches close by, Playa Santa being about a two min walk, and Playa La Jungla being about a 3 min car ride. The local dining scene is outstanding, with El Badén being a short walk away. Island Scuba is about one min walk for those who enjoy scuba diving. El Bosque Estatal de Guánica (the Dry Forest) for our hikers is about a 20 min car ride.
