Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

We are located along Hwy 246, conveniently situated near renowned wineries, the beautiful Danish Village of Solvang and also near Vandenberg AFB and the Space X Launch site. It's quiet, beautiful and relaxing here. Trust me, you'll like it!
