Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Forget your worries in this 3 bedroom retreat in a quiet beach community! Only a short drive to the beach, and close to nearby stores and restaurants. Explore serene Navarre beach, and venture to Pensacola or Destin for shopping, the Gulfarium, or a stroll through historic downtown! That Purple Place is recently renovated, and is equip with new sofas (including a sleeper sofa) in the living room. The master has a king sized bed and the other two bedrooms each have one queen sized bed.

The perfect Adult retreat. This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home stands out with a tropical style garden, large deck and custom outdoor bar. We are located 3.3 miles from I-10. You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best. If you are looking to move to the area, we have an in-house Realtor that can assist you. Not suitable for children under 12.

There is a boat ramp, boat house, 4 kayaks and life jackets for guest use. Easily visit Navarre Beach, vibrant Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or Ponce de Leon Springs.
