Loved our stay. It’s in walking distance to the beach and to Navarre Pier. You have access to a dock on the sound side for fishing and it’s really pretty. There is two bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds behind a private door with a washer and dryer and a half bath that has a sink and toilet down stairs right off the kitchen. That was handy for our older family members that couldn’t climb the stairs as easily. We got to bring our fur baby, too! They have things in the storage room to take to the beach, chairs, beach toys, and they have a few bikes, too. Hammock and hammock swings outside and three balconies! Our family created wonderful memories here. Hope to stay again.

Patricia was an amazing host! She was very responsive and kind. The Airbnb looks just like the pictures and was very clean. The neighbors were also very friendly and were fast to introduce themselves and make us feel at home. 10/10 will book again when we’re visiting in the area!

Her place is beautiful and super clean! It is a very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the area's restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

We loved our stay at Coastal Comfort! Heather and Jed were quick to respond to an electrical issue and had it fixed promptly! The home had everything we needed and the location cannot be beat! One of the best values we have found!

Sugar Beach G35 was exactly as described. Clean, easy entry and all amenities as described. The shinning star was Donna’s excellent service, she answered all our questions….quickly and provided so many suggestions. What a beautiful location! It is so easy to get to the beach…… THE BEACH… beautiful sand, quiet and so very peaceful! Thank you Donna!

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Lou is who you want to have as a host. Very outgoing, highly communicative, and provided excellent recommendations. Property was as described and Lou met us and walked us through. Offered to be as available or as scare as we wanted him to be - a hallmark of an excellent host. We’d recommend any property Lou happens to host and hope others choose to AirBnB with Lou!

AWESOME PLACE. If you are looking for a beach front place that is perfect stay here. All the beach toys are there. Easy in and out to the beach with the cart that is available. Kayak, chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, all of it there. This is my first time here and I'll be back. Just a perfect place to stay.

My family had a really relaxing stay and it was nice and quiet the whole time which was really nice

House was beautiful. Kitchen had everything you would need to make meals at home. We cooked in most nights. Very roomy, original plans were to have 6 adults. Only 4 of us could make it. Could easily accommodate more if needed. My husband needed some downtime, it was very peaceful and quiet. Not many people out this way. I’m already planning next year’s trip!

Loved our stay at Jennifer’s place! The house was clean, organized, and it’s close to the beach, oversees a lake from the primary bedroom and back porch, which is a nice feature! The location was convenient for what we needed to do and minutes from restaurants and everything you need! Definitely would come back!

Great stay! The host, Karen, communicated well, the home was clean and just like the photos. Quiet neighborhood and close to good food spots. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it!

Mark’s place was absolutely stunning! We booked this for ourselves and our daughter’s family. Having four bedrooms including two bedrooms with king sized beds is what sold us. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottom “garage” type floor with a grill, shower, hose, and plenty of beach toys! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and more. Of course the gorgeous view of the gulf and being steps away from the beach was spectacular! We look forward to making this a family tradition. See you next year!

My family and I spend time in Florida Beaches for summer, we had a great experience in this home. I felt like I was home. This property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and close to many beaches. The beds were comfortable and house was fully stocked with all the essentials and ready for us when we arrived. We loved our stay we will be staying here again on next family vacation if available. Thank you Jason for your prompt communication with us when needed.

The place was spotless.......one of the cleanest Abnb we have stayed at. Had all of the amenities. Ready liked the stand up desk in the master bedroom with a very comfortable desk chair. Daughter needed to do some on-line work and loved using the desk and chair. 5 star restaurant a few blocks away. Not near the water which did not matter to us. Just jumped in the car a drove to one of the beautiful Pensacola beaches.

I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. We made good time on our drive and got into town earlier than anticipated, and they had no problem with us checking in early. This place has everything you could possibly want for your beach vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there were plenty of grilling tools as well. The living room was very comfortable, and we loved watching baseball on the nice big TV after a day at the beach. The beds are comfy with a wide selection of pillows and extra throw blankets if needed. The bathrooms are also well-stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The closets are spacious with many hangers to unpack your clothes. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and peaceful. The pool was never too busy, and made for a nice quick dip. The beach is close, and never too crowded. I highly recommend Bella Luna Italian Bistro on the corner. We hope to come back here someday soon!

Anthony's property is an exceptional airbnb. Every detail is well thought of and executed. The kitchen/living room is excellent. The bedrooms are very comfortable with comfortable mattresses and linens, master both really nice, washer dryer excellent. The detail of decor is extremely friendly and perfect for airbnb. A/C is really good! The location extremely safe and quiet. It's of course close to the local Pensacola downtown area, and the waterfront area which is where we spent our time. We never saw or used the pool. Anthony's attention and communication is the best - he saw that the batteries for the digital lock might be getting low, and messaged asking us to change the batteries (politely), and instructed me where the (ample) supply of batteries were located. I'd rent it again next time in town. 5 stars and higher.

WONDERFUL visit! Condo was located in a gorgeous location. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The listing description and pictures were accurate. My only recommendation, bring your own beach towels (none inside home), toiletries (only hand soap on site), chairs (ones at house were broken-we left a brand new one). The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils, etc. We enjoyed making breakfast and lunch and eating out for dinner (Andy D’s was delicious). The best part of the condo was the location to the beach. It’s literally steps away down a wooden path. So easy to go back and forth (plus a shower under the home to rinse off the sand). We will 100% stay at this condo again! NOTE-a home is being built next door. Construction starts early. Didn’t bother us, but good to share if you’re looking to sleep in or you’re a light sleeper. The entire place was beautiful and very very clean. The decor was charming with lots of great ocean decorations. The downstairs has a fantastic view from the living room of the sand dunes and ocean. The kitchen is fully loaded . The kitchen table can seat 8 comfortably. The deck off the living room has a table and chairs and several lounge chairs. The upstairs has two bedrooms facing the gulf (one master and one king bedroom). The third bedroom faces the gulf. Beds were comfortable. The views from upstairs were stunning. The best part was that the beach was a 2 minute walk from the back deck. The beach is pristine with long stretches of beach in either direction. If you're into shell collecting, that's the beach to do it. As for restaurants, we liked Sailors grill at Juana's pagoda for breakfast and happy hour drinks. We saw schools of fish and pods of dolphins go by. We will definitely be back!

First time visiting Navarre Beach and having a townhouse with the perfect views of the ocean made our stay amazing! We ran into a few bumps but Amanda was always quick to respond and flexible to help solve issues. Having a covered porch allowed my 86 yr old mom the ability to relax , search for dolphins and watch the military plans fly by. The bedroom was spacious with private bedrooms. I love waking up in the morning, going out on the balcony and watch the sunrise! I would highly recommended to everyone!

Fantastic property in such a great location if you have a family or even if you are by yourself you are literally 30 seconds walk from the Emerald Coast and a five minute drive to lots of bars and restaurants.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely phenomenal! The host went above and beyond -she truly left no stone unturned. Everything we could have needed was thoughtfully provided, and her responsiveness and kindness made us feel so welcomed. The space was incredibly comfortable and peaceful.; it felt like a true home away from home. When we weren’t out exploring Pensacola, we loved just hanging out at the house. The private backyard and game room was a perfect spot to unwind -shooting hoops, playing ping-pong or enjoying a few rounds of cornhole. Oh, and shout out to the retro Pac-Man machine! I managed to snag the high score at 20,590 points. If you end up booking, I officially challenge you to beat it. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again! Highly recommend!
