Santiago de los Caballeros : locations de vacances

Place was exactly as described. Very clean and private. One grocery store run and you’re set to never leave the property if you choose not to. Would recommend to others!

Jacqueline was a great hostess, she sent us check-in information early the day of check in. When I had an issue getting in to get the key she answered right away and unlocked the door from her end. I reached out to her when some of the items advertised weren’t refilled by the people who clean and she proactively had them delivered to us by the next day. The property where her apartment is has a really nice gym and the pool is enjoyable, the people who work in the complex are also kind and I felt safe the entire time. If we find ourselves in the area again, definitely reaching out to book her home again. The only thing I wish they had was an iron, so hopefully by next time we visit there is one! José is a phenomenal host-kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. His apartment truly reflects who he is: warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. It had absolutely everything we needed — all the essentials were provided, everything was spotless, very comfortable beds, great internet, and a perfect location in Santiago. Everything about the stay felt easy and comfortable, like being at home. We are genuinely excited to stay here again! Jose should be proud of the person he is and the space he’s created for others to enjoy. He knows how to make guests feel cared for, and it shows in every detail.

Willis was very attentive and very nice. He gave me the ins and out of everything. awesome place to stay.

Nestor was an excellent host, very attentive and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful touch of having the apartment stocked with snacks and ice, which made the stay even more convenient and welcoming. A couple of things that could be improved: the main room’s AC was a bit underpowered given the size of the space. Fortunately, I didn’t have many guests and was able to sleep comfortably in the middle bedroom. Additionally, the hot water system was occasionally inconsistent. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic. I would rate this place a solid 10/10.

Nuestra experiencia fue increíble. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos bienvenidos y el lugar era exactamente como se mostraba en las fotos. La limpieza fue impecable, y la decoración era acogedora y moderna. La ubicación fue perfecta para explorar la zona, y la comunicación con Massiel fue excelente, siempre rápida y atenta a nuestras preguntas. El alojamiento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario: cocina completa, wifi rápido y camas cómodas. Sin duda, fue un lugar ideal para relajarse después de un día de turismo. Recomendamos esta propiedad a cualquiera que quiera una estancia sin preocupaciones y en un entorno cómodo. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

This Villa was everything and more! I would come back over and over again I loved it!
