Alameda is a beautiful island community in the heart of the Bay, filled with beautiful homes, adorable shops, and many great restaurants. The San Francisco ferry is close by to whisk you to the big city, so why would you want to stay anywhere else?

Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. A cozy lounging space to work remotely, watch movies and local TV or write/create/dream in a space that inspires with sunlight and views. Stroll downtown for music, dining and the Rafael Theatre.
