Everything was clean and well-kept. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The welcome note and starter coffee & tea were an added bonus! Everything was maintained and we were very comfortable. The only complaint is the fenced-in outdoor area is not accessible from inside the house, therefore we had to leash our dogs before taking them out to go potty each time. Minor inconvenience, especially in the middle of the night, and I just think it should have been noted in property description. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this property again. Lovely place!

We enjoyed our stay at the Peach Penthouse. As another Airbnb host I know the work that goes into turning a rental over. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony is very nice but there is a lot of road noise. So we did not use it as much as we would have liked. It’s a short walk to the beach and the wagons and ice chests are a lovely amenity. Thank you for a great stay. Tybee Island is quite memorable.

Perfect spot for a last-minute stay during our road trip! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stop. Great location, close to the beach and local spots. Would stay again!

It seemed a bit pricey for this time of year, but we love the house, this is the second time we have stayed there

We had a fabulous stay! The place was beautiful, well appointed and immaculate! Linda and Jay were very easy to work with and communicative throughout the stay. We definitely plan on returning and highly recommend Lookout Lagoon!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Better than the pictures. The location is awesome. Walked to the beach, restaurants and shops. The back area was very nice. I could tell Alicja put so much effort into thinking of what any family may need for their stay. We had plenty of everything, including toiletries. I cannot think of one bad thing to say. I was truly impressed and so happy my family and I could spend the week here. I would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our third visit to Tybee Island! Jane’s place was in an ideal location and had the amenities we had in mind. Recommend

Perfect location. Close to downtown and the beach. Pool area was clean and accessible. Condo Unit was also very clean. We have been to Tybee several times over the last few years and this was by far the cleanest rental and did not have a musty smell like many other vacation rentals. Thank you for allowing us to use your space.

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Clean and close to the bay. Thin walls so be aware of that, especially upstairs neighbors. Very nice place and comfy. Has everything you’ll need - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, plenty of shower towels, full kitchen. Wish there were more washcloths. Didn’t love being on the first floor from privacy standpoint on the balcony but it would’ve been perfect if we needed to watch our kids in the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly like it was listed. Everything was pristine. Scott and his wife made sure we had everything we needed and extras. It was quite and peaceful and with in walking distance of lots of places. The places we did drive were with in 5 to 10 mins. I would highly recommend this condo to a couple or family. Thank you again for your hospitality.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

Our family had the best vacation! The house was perfect for our group of 9. The layout of the house was great. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was large for cooking and hanging out. We spent a lot of time by the pool and in the hot tub. The outdoor space was incredible. The house is a really short walk to the beach as well as to the General Store, pickleball, restaurants, etc. We can't say enough good things about it and can't wait to go back again!

We really enjoyed our long weekend! Kenny made sure the stay was just what we wanted.

Perfect! 3 pools and right on the beach. Condo was lovely and convenient to restaurants. Great recommendations for coffee, dining, and activities. Clean and quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions. Would love to stay again! A+++

We had a great time celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Everyone felt comfortable throughout their stay and felt relaxed and restored by the time we left! We were able to find everything we needed! Definitely will come back if I have a party this big in the future

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony every morning. Pools were clean and never too busy. Nice little bar for drinks and food by the outdoor pool, open almost all day. Nice beach bar down by the beach. Walk to the beach was easy, they had a shuttle going but we never felt the need to use it. Nice beach chairs provided by the host. The main outdoor pool was described as heated, but did not seem to be while we were there in April. The onsite bike rental was nice and convenient. A lot of bike paths on Hilton Head and easy/fun to bike right on the beach. The host was great, communication was always quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, Michelle is a great host. The unit was clean, quiet, and relaxing. I don't necessarily consider the unit a beachfront unit but, I would highly recommend a stay at Michelle. Thank you for your hospitality and great communication.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as described, very clean and fully equipped with all the listed amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea.

Andrew was a great host. His condo was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, and convenient to everything. I am just going to note for future guests that the bathroom has a sliding barn door that really doesn't provide much privacy. My husband and I, however, would stay here again.

The unit was as described, and Jennifer was incredible in offering recommendations and timely responses. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the furnishings were clean and new. The unit is small for more than four people. We had 5 family members, and it felt tight when we were all together, but mostly we were out so it was not a problem. Our two kids (8/6) enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach bar, Cocos. The facility is dated compared to other locations, but it worked for our young family. If it were just me and my husband, we'd probably choose a different area with more walkability and newer amenities. There were plenty of bike paths to get around. We rented bikes, which were helpful as there was not much walkability to food and beverage, as we did not want to drive everywhere. We would for sure come back with our family.

We booked Tim’s place the very same day and his response was fast and fantastic. The place was ready and pristine. Super well equipped and location is excellent. 5 stars well earned!
