Private Studio-Loft w/ Indoor Garage Parking

The SkyLoft is a 2nd floor studio (with stairs) accessed via the gravel lane behind our house with in-door garage parking. Featuring a queen bed, rain shower w/ a Rinnai tank-less water heater, Berkey water filter system, and private patio seating. The enclosed parking is shared with Brian and Jen, we live in the main house with our two pups, Luna & Simon. We respect your privacy and you'l only see us on an occasional passing. We're happy to answer questions to help with your visit in Savannah.

Free bikes to help you explore, and the free DOT shuttle stops nearby. Located in popular Thomas Square / Starland, we are close to Forsyth Park (.5mi), and the Historic District (~1mi). Tybee Beach is about 25 minutes driving. After exploring, return to your home-away-from-home to a peaceful garden away from it all.

The Hideaway Perch at Half Moon House

Hideaway Perch at Half Moon House is a light-filled upstairs retreat with a treehouse feel, tucked inside a restored 1914 carriage house. Blending mid-century modern decor with an eclectic, rustic cabin vibe, it offers a comfortable bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a wall-mounted showerhead and a historic shallow soaking tub. A private balcony overlooks the lush garden, creating a peaceful escape just minutes walk from Forsyth Park, Starland, and many top restaurants.

The Jones Carriage House

THIS CARRIAGE HOUSE IS DIRECTLY ON THE ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE ROUTE! UPDATE: the courtyard has been changed! See photos! Built in 1856, the Jones is in the heart of the historic district. Forsyth Park, restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance. It's a 2 story stand-alone house with a private courtyard. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the second floor. The stairs are original and a little steep! It was renovated in 2016 but maintains its historic charm.

Our beautiful cottage, built in 1885, is newly updated, very spacious and has lovely furnishings. This cozy place is fully equipped for cooking, dining, and relaxing.
