The house is on a beautiful location on Ballston Lake. Super convenient for Saratoga and the whole region. Chris is a great host, incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. We had a great stay.

Stunning 3 story home in the Stockade area of Schenectady. My guests and I worked at Proctor's Theater, a 20 min walk. There are about 4 steps to get up to the front door, easy code access front door. Inside are the most gorgeous floors I have ever seen. The downstairs is so lovely, large open living room/kitchen with all amenities. LOVED the gas fireplace, starts up and turns off with a remote in seconds. Lovely and comfortable furnishings, fresh flowers in the kitchen and in my 2nd floor bedroom. (I didn't go up to the 3rd floor). Large full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and washer/dryer. Very comfortable bed and nice linens. The 2nd floor has a lovely reading nook on the landing. Loved the lighting in this 1790 home, loved everything about it. Quiet neighborhood. Parking is either on the street (not so easy to find at night) or a block away at a lot the owner has an agreement with. Cannot say enough great things about this home. I've stayed in over 100 Airbnb's and this is the best ever

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

Our second visit. We picked a wet and stormy weekend but our stay was still wonderful. The yurt endured the rain admirably and I was again reminded that absent screens, a child’s wonder with nature and animals is a wonderful thing to watch and experience. Whilst the entertaining goats were the highlight for my daughter, I’ll put a plug in for the food provided by our hosts. Carefully prepped, presented so nicely and the home made items were again SO good. Go just for the breakfast basket! 🧺

The house and especially the location was wonderful. Very quiet surroundings and great nature. Contacting the very nice hosts was easy and uncomplicated. We found the house as it was described in the advertisement. The furnishings also left nothing to be desired. All in all, it was a lovely stay and we would want to request the house again at any time if we come back to this beautiful area.

This space is absolutely amazing! It is even better than the description…so much room with every detail covered! We especially loved the front porch & back yard. It was perfect for our gathering!

We loved having the hot tub to relax in! We love that they mentioned that the water was fresh just for our stay. Loved having the sound machines. As I have a tendency to snore and it work for my wife. They’ve thought about everything. I even forgot my robe and they had them there!!! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

All that you could ask for in an Airbnb stay! After several days of travel on the road with my family, we were grateful to arrive to such a beautiful space with all the amenities of home. We were happy to have the opportunity to cook a meal, take a walk down to the river, bathe, and unwind on the couch bed with a movie after a long day. Thank you Beth! We hope to return during our next travels.
