Wir wurde sehr herzlich von Karin und ihrem Mann empfangen und auch der Kontakt während unseres Aufenthaltes dort war sehr angenehm! Vielen Dank! Die beiden waren sehr flexibel mit den check-in/check-out Zeiten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann tolle Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad machen.Durch die schönen Blumenfelder zu radeln war traumhaft! Auch die Ausflüge zum Strand/Meer kann man gut mit dem Rad machen. Dort hat es tolle Beach Clubs mit leckerem Essen. Auch das nahe gelegene Städtchen Leiden lohnt es zu besuchen. So wie Delft, Haarlem oder Utrecht. Alles gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in ruime hoeveelheid aanwezig. De gashaard maakt het helemaal af. De tuin is mooi aangelegd met verschillende hoekjes en ruime zitmogelijkheden. Hosts Debbie en Frits zorgen voor een probleemloos in- en uitcheck. Geweldig verblijf!

Nirit est une super hôte, allez y les yeux fermés. Accueil chaleureux. Tram et bus à proximité ainsi que les commerces tout près. Maison spacieuse et agréable quartier tranquille. À 15 min de l’aéroport avec Uber

Wunderschönes Häuschen. Sieht in Wirklichkeit genau so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Für unseren Städtetrip nach Amsterdam mit gleichzeitiger Sehnsucht nach Ruhe die perfekte Kombination von Nähe zur Metrostation und als Ausgleich Natur genießen.

Wir haben einen schönen Familien Urlaub in Wyik aan Zee gehabt. Schöner Strand zum spazieren gehen. Ein Ausflug nach Haarlem und Amsterdam standen auch auf dem Programm. Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus.Das Haus ist in Sachen Ausstattung,Optik und Garten super und für zwei Familien geeignet. Die Umgebung ist schön und für aktive Menschen,die auch zu Fuß oder mit Rad fahren wollen. Klare Empfehlung 🙌🏻

Wir haben uns hier eine paar Tage Auszeit gegönnt, das Anwesen hat viel Privatsphäre um die Tage in Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus liegt im bewaldeten Gebiet zwischen Bergen und Bergen aan Zee. Bergen ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten um zu Bummeln und Essen zu gehen. Man kann von hier aus, Radtouren durch die Dünen ans Meer unternehmen, Verleih ist von hier aus kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, hell und lichtdurchflutet. Wir wurden nett persönlich empfangen, im Haus hat man alles was man benötigt. Wir kamen sogar in den Genuss die Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern zu probieren. Da wir öfters in der Umgebung sind, werden wir dieses gemütliche Cottage gerne wieder nutzen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

The De Pjip neighborhood is so cool and this rental is near many of the best spots: the Albert Cuyp market, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, so many restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable. Having a washer AND A DRYER! was fantastic! We loved having Alexa play whatever we requested while we relaxed after busy days of being a tourist. We would love to come back to this rental!

We spent an amazing 4 days in the apartment celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone loved the apartment, the views are to die for, great amenities, high quality furniture and plenty of spaces to sit and relax, even in winter. Would love to come back!

Superbe séjour! 🌸🤩🌞 Lieu magique, parfait pour déconnecter le temps d’un week-end ! Une super hôte, qui est disponible et réactive ! Facile d’accès en bus pour aller à Amsterdam. D’ailleurs, merci à Marit de nous avoir donner toutes les informations avant le séjour ce qui nous a permis de programmer nos journées à l’avance ! 🥾 Gros coup de cœur !

It's a nice small apartment for 2+2 person. The beach takes about 5-10min with the free bike, what was provided by the host/condominium. It was easy to park as Lisette told us, she registered our car not to pay any parking fee. We just stayed one night in April, so it was still calm the neighborhood, the whole town. The communication with Lisette was easy!

We loved our stay at Charlotte’s place! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for our stay in Alkmaar as everything was within walking distance. Taking care of O’Malley was also a fun addition to our trip. He was very friendly but respected our space. All in all, we really enjoyed staying at Charlotte’s and would love to visit again in the future :)

What a great stay! I had a last minute opportunity to head to Amsterdam to join my parents on vacation…their hotel was sold out, so I was on my own. I found this gem about a mile from City Center, super accessible by foot or tram to everything! Thank goodness Jorrit was there to greet me and help with my heavy suitcase…the stairs (2 flights) were SUPER narrow on the treads (seems to be the case everywhere in the city) and about as wide as my suitcase. But once upstairs, the place was exactly as described…plus a lovely welcome basket with Dutch treats! I was prepared for no AC, but there was a recent heatwave so it was hottt. But it cooled down and was beeezy with the windows open and fans on. Very safe neighborhood, and even a pub within 100 steps (but not noisy or rowdy). The kitchen was well stocked, so I saved on things like salt and pepper and EVOO and basics. Jorrit gave lots of GREAT recs on where to go & what to do. A super stay and I’d definitely rent here again! Thanks!

我们团队一行6人，商务行后旅行经过一晚，1、房屋主人主动沟通确认到达时间，原计划8:30到，实际到达要9:30-10点了，提前1小时通知，房东非常有耐心； 2、房子里有树屋和秋千； 3、方便停车🅿️； 4、周围2.5KM有大海和海滩，沙滩上有贝壳🐚，很适合散步看海踩沙滩🏖️；

Ich habe diese wunderbare Ferienwohnung nur zwei Tage vor meiner Anreise gebucht und war absolut begeistert! Die Gastgeberin war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat unglaublich schnell auf alle meine Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Wohnung war perfekt, sauber und gemütlich – genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt, ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

We had such a lovely stay at the Smithy in Haarlem! I visited with my Mum and two sisters, and it was the perfect place for us. It is in such an idyllic setting by the canal (there were several ducks just pottering around when we arrived!) and the property is beautifully designed with so much care and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend the Smithy to anyone and would more than happily stay there again!

La nostra esperienza nella casa di Heiloo è stata molto positiva. La casa di Marjolein è diventata la nostra e ci ha accolti per il nostro soggiorno facendoci sentire a nostro agio. Non mancava nulla! Le grandi finestre hanno illuminato la nostra giornata e la grande tavola ha accolto il nostro ampio gruppo di 9 persone facendoci trascorrere serate indimenticabili, cucinando senza problemi. La lavastoviglie ci ha aiutati non poco! Casa ospitale, abbiamo fatto le lavatrici, asciugate in giornata grazie all'asciugartrice! Gli host sono stai eccezionali e abbiamo percepito una grande attenzione e ospitalità sincera! Bici affittabili in casa, abbiamo raggiunto il faro! Marjolein e Jan sono stati gentilissimi con noi. Soggiorno consigliatissimo per diventare parte del posto per qualche giorno, esperienza da ripetere!

Kleines Kleinod nahe des Zentrums und dennoch direkt am Wald und des Dünenresreservats. Hinterhof-Charakter, komplett separat, ohne Einblicke von außen. Sauna, Kamin, tolle Küche mit schönem Geschirr. Einzig störend war die permanente Außenbeleuchtung, die nicht auszustellen war.

Wir haben uns während dem Aufenthalt in Amsterdam sehr wohl gefühlt, da man nicht direkt mitten in der Stadt und sich perfekt zurückziehen konnte. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und die Unterkunft war der Hammer! Eigene Saune & Whirlpool waren an den kühlen Oktober Abenden perfekt. Zimmeraufteilung top und besonderer Stimmung durch die hohen Decken! Alles in einem 10/10

We loved our stay here! The two bakeries within a five minute walk were amazing and we went every morning. The station was also within five minutes along with grocery store that had everything we needed.
