Bedding also includes Peacock Alley 100% cotton sheets and Brooklinen duvet cover. Luxury sofa pulls out into a second queen-sized bed. Full bathroom with stand-up shower. Brand-new heating & cooling system with remote control to give guests complete control over temperature. High-speed Wi-Fi. Roku TV with commercial-free Hulu, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV. Television extends from wall for ideal viewing from anywhere in the room. Vinyl record player with records from various periods and Amazon Echo for music. Reading chair with magazines. Full length mirror. Luggage rack for suitcase. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows for pull-out sofa bed. One dedicated off-street parking spot in driveway. Lots more free street parking just one block away. Your host will be on the property and available for anything you need during your stay, so please don’t hesitate asking. In the meantime, we value your complete privacy. The home provides a great location for exploring both Decatur and Atlanta. There are many great restaurants and shops in the area to enjoy and the MARTA train station is one block away providing direct access to downtown Atlanta. Our carriage house is also one block away from the MARTA train with a direct line to Downtown Atlanta for anyone visiting Atlanta and spending most of their time downtown. Forget about traffic and paying for parking. Stay in Decatur and take the 15-minute train ride into downtown instead.

Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. It's home to many talented people, plus some great shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.
