I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

Nico was an exceptional host — everything described on Airbnb was spot on. He even provided us with laundry pods to use in the building’s laundry room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Pike, Pine Street, the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, and more. My wife and I will definitely be back! Oh, and if I forgot to mention — the views of the marina and the sea are absolutely spectacular. Don’t hesitate — book this studio today or tonight! Thank you so much, Nico!! I LITERALLY LOVE Justin and Kristi!! From the second I arrived, everything was beyond perfect. The view was absolutely breathtaking I still can’t get over it! I’m SO SO SO thankful for everything they did, especially for making my birthday so incredibly special. Beautiful place, steps from the beach, walkable shops, coffee shops, restaurants galore! Joan and Joe were excellent responsive hosts. Highly recommend both Newport Beach and Joan and Joe’s place!

We had a great time at Jim’s place. The location is unbeatable and very fairly priced. Jim was very welcoming and the condo had everything we needed.

This home was absolutely amazing! Perfect! Beautiful and clean… felt like home. The location of this penthouse was perfect for our visit to Disney Land, horseback riding, beaches, beautiful & delicious restaurants (you must eat @ Boathouse on the Bay) ***** My family and I felt like we were at home. We all even stated we could see ourselves living there! Our visit was to celebrate two of my granddaughters birthdays, and they even went as far as decorating the home for the kids. I am truly thankful for such an incredible stay. I will definitely book again anytime I visit Longbeach!

Everything matched the description in the listing for this cute rental. The location is convenient to the Strand, beach, Hermosa Pier and the local restaurants and shops. Linda was very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

Her place was exactly as advertised; clean, spacious and very easy to self check-in. It fit me and my 5 adult children comfortably. Location was awesome. Jasmine communicated very quickly. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with the Alamitos Bay and Naples directly in front and a short walk to the beach and to great places to eat and shop. John was a great host who was very kind and helpful. The sunrises are fantastic. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great little place with everything you need including a great little market downstairs and great restaurants nearby

The two bedroom and 2 bathrooms was ideal for our needs. The complex area was large but it was peaceful and quiet. Having the laundry was a great help due to the length of time we were away from home. We walked to the beach which was beautiful. Kamila was very responsive to any questions I had. Check in was smooth and we liked the fact that we were in a gated community. My husband and I highly recommend Kamila’s Airbnb.

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

It was great resort for my family vacation. The only thing is that my cellphone couldn’t get the signal from our villa, maybe it was the problem with T mobile.

John & Mandy were the most attentive hosts we have ever booked with! Quick to reply and even bothered to call to check in on us! Very knowledgeable regarding the property and surrounding area. Property was clean and maintained. We would book with them again in a heartbeat.

Thanks so much for a great stay! Amenities were lovely -- great for the whole family as well as for someone just needing to hang by the pool with a pina colada. Appreciated the wonderful staff at the villas and the attentiveness to visitors needs. Looking forward to another stay.

The resort is very nice with tons of amenities (shuttle, kids club, daily activities, etc) but Calvin was a great host in very quick response times when booking and did all he could to get us the best rate. Thank you, Calvin!
