Absolute ocean front luxury in central Candidasa

We have lowered prices by 25% for 2026 bookings as a government beach reclamation project is underway in Candidasa, creating a new 5.5km white sand beach, boulevard and walkways. There is no noise or construction in front of the villa. The beach experience is more limited, although it is still possible to swim very near the villa.
