This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. This house is also less than a mile from the popular Pinellas Trail and John S Taylor Park. There is a golf course less than a mile away. This house has all the amenities you might need from two types of coffee machines to beach chairs. It has a fenced in back yard with a screened in patio as well as a two car garage with a full size washer and dryer.
