Welcome to our cozy guest suite—where comfort is personal over perfect, and full of charm you won’t find at a hotel. Guests love the thoughtful touches, eclectic decor, cloud-like bed, and the irreplaceable feeling of being at home when you’re far from home. Our home uses one central AC unit. Because Florida is warm and humid year-round, we keep the thermostat at 70°F by day and 67°F at night for proper cooling and comfort. If you prefer more warmth, two space heaters are in the suite closet.

Modern 1 bedroom, quiet & cozy suite. Private entrance. Kitchenette (no cooking), refridge/microwave/coffee/toaster/sink/plates/utensils. Gas grill. Spacious bathroom, queen size bed. Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd will you will find all of our beautiful beaches. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle with a heads up), private backyard, access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. No pets, no children under 8.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

This beautiful oasis is close to everything; Clearwater Beach is a 15 minute drive and ranked one of the world’s top 15 white sand beaches, Sand Key, and Honeymoon Island, these beaches are just a 15-20 minute drive and we have the beach gear you need. Enjoy the peaceful patio, a dip in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or cool off in the AC of our recently updated suite. Also Clearwater Country Club is in walking distance should you want to play some golf while here in sunny FL!

A portion of the side yard ( as pictured ) has been fenced off for you. ONE animal allowed, this includes service or non- service. You DO need to notify me if you're bringing a Animal. No Cats. The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.
