Excellent week at an impressive location. Direct access to the "Cala" (small beach) from the property and really nice sea-view. The property had everything it listed and included the use of a Kayak and a SUP.

My two friends and I really enjoyed our time at Luca‘s house! The house is located in a very rural, calm area, but at the same time only 5-7 minutes away from the city center of Orosei. So we had our calm space and privacy, while also having nearby opportunities to go to a supermarket or have breakfast/ dinner. Everything we needed was available and Luca was easy to reach any time, and was super friendly! The view from the terrace was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting there on the terrace. We especially enjoyed the company by Luca‘s dog Orsa, and some cats walking around the area as well :) We would definitely come again!

Wonderful retreat with breathtaking views.

The cottage is pristine, private, and beautiful. There are several gorgeous beaches very near by and the hosts are very kind. If you’re looking for a relaxing home base this is perfect. I used it to explore many areas on the island and was happy to return each day. The olive trees and overflowing spring flowers made the birds sing and the view is exquisite.

Gianfranca si è resa disponibile a livello di flessibilità di orari. Per necessità mi ha sempre risposto al telefono. la casa è in ottima posizione tranquilla e abbastanza isolata (ma vicina ai principali servizi raggiungibili in auto) punto più che a favore per chi come me ha animali che non vanno d'accordo col caos. Spiaggia libera com accesso animali raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, odore di pineta tipico della Sardegna. giardino della casa completamente recintato e spazio perfetto (eravamo 4 adulti e un cane). nel complesso ottima soluzione per chi cerca tranquillità e natura.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und alles war wie beschrieben. Tolle Lage! Der Strand La Cinta ist in etwa 10-15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch in das Zentrum von San Teodoro braucht man nicht länger als 15 Minuten. Silvia ist eine sehr nette, gut gelaunte Gastgeberin und ist stets erreichbar. Eine leere Gasflasche für den Herd wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten am späteren Abend noch gewechselt!

La casa è ben situata, a qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicina ai servizi necessari, per esempio un minimarket, un bar e dei ristoranti, proprio accanto. Se si è a piedi, come nel mio caso, da Olbia si arriva in bus con un cambio a Siniscola, la Caletta e Posada, i centri più vicini, sono raggiungibili in bus, 25 minuti a piedi per la Caletta. La veranda fuori è piacevole, l'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che è indicato nell'annuncio.. Ero sola, ho soggiornato qui per 9 giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene. Luna è stata accogliente e disponibile per le indicazioni. Mi piacerebbe ritornare e stare più a lungo. Grazie di tutto!

Spacious Family & Group Getaway

The place is very spacious and great for a family trip. Alessandra and Giuseppe are very friendly and welcoming. There are many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood and few minutes driving to the airport and city center of Olbia. If you are traveling in a group that is an excellent option.
