It is located within walking distance from all major city sites and turist attractions. Lake Palic is only 6 kilometers(3.5 mi.)away, with easily accessible motorway connection. Ima prostrano dvorište (2000 m²), opremljenu kuhinju i kupatilo, Wi-Fi, grejanje, pribor za kuvanje i higijenu. Tu su i zidani roštilj, letnjikovac i terasa, kao i ograđeni parking.
