Our home is on a quiet 3 acre property just 5 miles from town. We have vegetable gardens, fruit orchards and dozens of berry bushes. We have amazing views of the Olympic Mountains and our neighbor is a lavender farm! The studio apartment is a bright, sunny place which is attached to our home, but has its own entrance. It's a wonderful venue for visitors to the area being close to both the water and the mountains and the lavender farms. We are a short ferry ride to both Victoria and Seattle.

Located only minutes from town, but also in a quiet neighborhood adjoining a large fenced in yard on one side and a wildlife filled wetland on the other. Relax in the hot tub before kicking back in front of the projector screen for a movie or playing one of many games in the garage. Working from home? We have a desk all setup for you, including a wide monitor, keyboard and mouse... and broadband internet).

It also has a full kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and a living room that includes an air mattress sofa/sleeper. It sits on a five-acre lot with private access to the Olympic Discovery Trail for your biking and hiking pleasure. You can use us as a base to explore the Olympic Peninsula and Olympic National Park. The Dungeness River Nature Center is within easy walking distance.

The unit is located close to the John Wayne Marina, the Olympic Discovery Trail, lavender farms and downtown Sequim. The Olympic National Park and the ferry to Victoria, BC is just a short drive away.

Our cozy country retreat is a 700 sq ft, 1 king bed, 1 bathroom house above a garage on 5 acres at the foothills of the Olympic Mountains. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountain valley and wildlife sighting from the deck or hot tub. 15 minutes to Sequim, 35 minutes to Port Angeles, and 40 minutes to Port Townsend. So close to these towns but a world away. The entrance staircase has 13 steps. No cell reception for most carriers but we have strong starlink wifi.
