Located on the main floor across from the pool (closes in fall) & hot tub and direct parking for 1 car only in front. It has a pvt. balcony and is centrally located within a block of the free shuttle that takes you to the mountain. There is 1 queen bed and a queen size pull out for up to 4 guests. The unit is walking distance to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Sorry no pets allowed by the HOA.

Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Our guest cottage is an architect-designed tiny home for 2, in a peaceful rural area. It is just 28 minutes from beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around the property and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip . Great coffee 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)

The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

This 320 square foot efficiency container is a stand alone unit in the backyard. It is private with it's own entrance and comes complete with a full-service kitchen, bedroom area with a queen size bed, living area with 2 recliners, eating bar/workspace, bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and amenities & great atmosphere. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
