Vi r en familie på 4 som tilbrakte påsken i Setubal 😃 leiligheten bar preg av å være nyoppusset, meget fint og kvalitetsmessig utført. Vi kommer veldig gjerne tilbake igjen. Hvis det er noe som kan forbedres så er det at et lite minimum av forbruks artikler er tilgjengelig, sånn som kaffe kapsler, vann, oppvask briketter etc. Men alt i alt så er vi superfornøyde 👌

I would definitely recommend this property - and Home Match - and would definitely stay here again. They were very responsive to my messages, arranged an early check-in, and helped me arrange an extension of my stay. The location of the house is perfect - walking distance to everything, with many restaurants and shopping right outside the door. The home was spotless and they didn't skimp on any of the amenities. A couple of things to note: The apartment is above a shop/restaurant-lined walking street, so during the day, and often early in the morning, there is some noise that comes in. It didn't really bother me, but if you're there working or need quiet, or are a light sleeper, you might want to keep this in mind. It's very quiet overnight. The only real caveat is that this is on the 2nd floor and it's a VERY narrow, steep staircase. I was lucky that I only had a small suitcase and bag. Someone with large luggage and/or mobility issues would have a serious problem.

A perfect base for your trip to Setubal. It was clean and comfortable and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Walking distance to the centre and the port area. Avenida Luisa Todi is just around the corner too. Really liked the tapas restaurant which is literally around the corner. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very clean, cozy and bright. Pedro is a great person to communicate with and has a nice website with suggestions for places around to visit. It's a very quiet neighborhood. Parking is not the problem, just around the house. Overall a great value for the family of four, highly recommend.

Very kind host ! Always responded. We had to change the time of arrival last minute due to an emergency and he was so accommodating. Parking on street was a little full some times but we always found a spot.

Paulo a été un hôte de très grande qualité : réactif, disponible, donne beaucoup de conseils. Toujours disponible par SMS ou téléphone. La villa est extrêmement bien aménagée : piscine, TV, clim, borne d'arcade, table de ping-pong, babyfoot, etc. Tout est Notre groupe de 10 personnes (dont 4 enfants) s'y est senti très à l'aise. Tout est fait pour qu'on y passe un très bon moment. La villa est légèrement à l'écart ce qui permet d'être au calme. Concernant la localisation, Lisbonne est à 30 mn et Setubal à 20 mn de voiture, tout est accessible en voiture : restaurant, supermarchés, plages. Ces deux semaines au Portugal ont été magnifiques et c'est grandement grâce à la villa et à Paulo.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Insbesondere in der Küche waren viele Extras. Dazu ist es sehr kinderfreundlich, es gab sogar Spielzeug für verschiedene Altersklassen und ein Kuscheltier zur Begrüßung für unser Baby im Kinderbett. Super ist auch der kombinierte Waschtrockner. Der große Außenbereich ist sehr schön, bei unserem Aufenthalt war es leider zu kühl und windig. Rafael ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, kümmert sich sofort und ist gut erreichbar gewesen. Zum Teil hätte die Ausstattung etwas hochwertiger sein können (Bettwäsche und Kissen aus dünnem Polyester, Pfannen in der Küche). In jedem Raum ist dafür ein Fernseher. Für uns war das eher unnötig, aber jemand anderes findet das sicher praktisch :) Mit dem Auto ist vieles gut erreichbar, man ist aber darauf angewiesen. Das Schloss in Palmela ist wegen der tollen Aussicht sehr zu empfehlen. Mehrere Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten Fahrtzeit erreichbar.

This is an amazing home, completely private, great amenities like very large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room with dining table for 8 people, fire place and large patio with fruit trees and chairs to really enjoy the outdoors. Great location, just next to the castle where we enjoyed several beautiful sunsets and even had dinner at the castle restaurant. We were greeted by Doris which is a delightful person, we had several conversation and shared coffee together. Without a doubt, an excellent experience. We’re returning soon.

Mooi huis met goede faciliteiten, de foto’s en beschrijving doen het huis te kort. De communicatie over aankomst en vertrek zou beter kunnen op initiatief van de verhuurder. Al met al zou ik dit verblijf iedereen aanraden die in deze omgeving een huis zoekt.

A estadia foi muito agradável. A casa é fantástica, com todas as comodidades necessárias e muito confortável para estadias maiores. É localizada numa zona bastante tranquila, muito perto da praia e de bons restaurantes. O Paulo foi sempre muito prestável e atencioso. Recomendo, sem dúvida.

La maison correspond exactement aux photos, propre, bien décorée et lumineuse et très agréable à y vivre Nous n'avons manqué de rien ( tout les équipements étaient fonctionnels) Le site est à une 40 aine de minutes de Lisbonne (voiture recommandée) mais nous ne lassions pas de traverser le Pont menant au centre de Lisbonne (le pont 25-Avril hors heures de pointe et le Vasco de Gama à tout moment) Le Quartier est paisible et le voisinage sympa on se sent en sécurité et pour les plus craintifs un système de sécurité avec détecteur de mouvement protège la maison lors vos sorties. La piscine est propre et de taille/profondeur suffisante pour bien profiter Enfin et le plus important dans notre expérience fut l'hôte de la résidence que sont : Magna et Thiago ! professionnels et amicaux à la fois ils ont tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise et rendre notre séjour encore meilleur merci à eux Je recommande vivement cette maison pour toute famille souhaitant visiter Lisbonne et environs

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect and we would have loved to stay longer. Joyce is an excellent host and very supportive with all questions you have!

as fotos não fazem jus ao lugar, muito mais bonito e aconchegante do que as fotos mostram, esta perto de tudo. a vista é os arredores são muito bonitos, a Marcela foi muito paciente e atenciosa.

O apartamento tem tudo para uma estadia agradável perto da praia, precisa apenas de algumas reparações. O corredor do prédio é um pouco sombrio porque está escuro, não há janelas e a luz só acende ao passar (sensor), mas foi só o primeiro impacto depois não me fez confusão. A Erica foi uma boa anfitriã e muito comunicativa, respondeu sempre as minhas dúvidas. Foram dias de descanso numa Vila acolhedora e bonita.

Uma ótima localização. Apartamento muito bonito, tranquilo e bem silencioso.

Recomendo vivamente!!! Para quem procura uma estadia mais tranquila afim de relaxar em casa é perfeito, e ainda podem desfrutar da bela varanda onde se apanha um sol espectacular seja de manhã ou à tarde. Fica bem perto da vila e eu próprio fiz uma ou duas caminhadas até lá sem problema algum (15 ou 20 min), aconselho é na volta para casa apostarem num bolt ou uber (para a vila é fácil pois é a descer eheheh), no entanto se tiverem de carro é perfeito. A Elisette e o Guilherme são pessoas espetaculares e estão sempre prontos a ajudar, muito pacientes e prestáveis portanto se tiverem algum problema, eles ajudam bastante🙂🙂🙂

Sehr große und gemütlische Wohnung im Zentrum von Setubal. Sehr nah zum Port und zu alle Kaffees und Restaurants. Gut ausgestattet. Marika ist immer gut erreichbar. Falls du Ruhe suchts ost es nicht der Ort( jeden Abend gibt es Konzerte direkt vor der Wohnung) . But that was for us no Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert.

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

Absolutely beautiful, newly renovated, spacious and bright apartment right on the beach of Praia da California. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen is still brand new. The highlight of course is being right on the beach and waking up and falling asleep every day to the sound of the waves crashing on to the shore. The ocean views are impeccable! It also only takes about a 2minute walk down the stairs to get to the beach. I went there in October and the beach was pretty much empty, weather still pretty warm & even the ocean was warm enough to swim in every day. You can tell the apartment is looked after very well by its owner, David and is also great for a longer stay. You have all cooking utensils and a washing machine to really make your stay comfortable. Overall, an amazing place to stay and David is an absolute please to communicate with and you can tell he really cares for his guests and the apartment. I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!
