Ολοκαίνουργιο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα με ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι προσφέροντας άνεση κατά τη διαμονή σας σε ασφαλή και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε περιοχή της πόλης που απέχει μόλις 4 χιλ. από την παλιά πόλη της Ρόδου και κέντρο της πόλης . Επίσης είναι πολύ κοντά σε όμορφες παραλίες ( Αγίας Μαρίνας, Καλλιθέας, Πηγές Καλλιθέας, Φαληράκι, Anthony Quinne, κλπ). Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 350 μέτρα από το σούπερ μάρκετ, καφετέρια, στάση λεωφορείου και φαρμακείο.
