We chose Beverly & Ron’s place due to its close proximity to Yosemite (about an hour drive), and really enjoyed relaxing at their place before and after a long day at the park. Their home has all the amenities you could possibly need, a thorough guidebook for their home and the area, and an incredible outdoor space for you to take in the wonderful scenery. We appreciate the number of utensils and cookware for the kitchenette area, which we took full advantage of making breakfast and dinner during our stay (and even having some spices/cooking oil, saving us some $$$ from buying those at the store). We enjoyed making coffee with the French press every morning and having sips on the back deck as we planned our day! I am sure we will be back to visit Yosemite again (so much to see and do in just a few days), and we hope that Beverly & Ron’s place will be available for

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfy, the living room had plenty of nice furniture to choose from, we loved the vaulted wood ceiling. Temperature was easy to control. The hot tub was easy to access and worked just right. Plenty of space in the house. Good wi-fi. Close to town and also a 15-20 minute drive to get into Yosemite. Good location to use as a base to multiple days in the park.

Cecilia’s place is in a very peaceful area and we felt very comfortable. Her pups Maggie and Rigg are also very welcoming and adorable. We’ll definitely come back.

Perfect place for 2 small families. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, playground, and the games. There was plenty of space to accommodate 9 people. Host was very responsive. Loved that they had washer and dryer, especially since the kids went in the hot tub every chance they got. The home was very secluded, so it was peaceful. Less than 30 minutes deive to Southgate entrance to Yosemite and to Bass lake. Also close to grocery stores and places to eat. Well worth what we paid and highly recommend that property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s clear that Charlie puts a lot of thought into the decoration that make a big difference. Communication was easy, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a really great experience—We’d definitely come back!

Where do I even begin… we came here to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary. It was like a dream. It was so peaceful, serene, cozy, gorgeous and it had everything we needed. Tricia is an absolutely beautiful person who made our stay absolutely amazing. I had a few questions and she always responded promptly and was so sweet and friendly. I really cannot brag about this place enough. It was so peaceful to sit out on the deck and watch the sunset in the evenings and drink our morning coffee on the deck. I am going through menopause and it was wonderful to have air conditioning that actually worked really, really well! That is a huge plus in my book! We brought our little Pomeranian Toro and he loved running around. The pool table was a nice touch and we played several times. We did not use the Jacuzzi, but it was ready to go and nice and warm if we would’ve decided to. I am really hoping to be able to get back here soon again. Book it! You absolutely will not regret it!

Our recent stay in Shaver Lake was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the area was. The peaceful surroundings and fresh mountain air made it the perfect escape from everyday life. The place we stayed at was nicely remodeled and felt modern, clean, and welcoming. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the space comfortable and inviting. The layout was well thought out, and everything we needed was provided, making it easy to settle in and relax right away. One of the highlights of our experience was how responsive and helpful the host was. Anytime we had a question or concern, David was quick to reply and made sure we had everything we needed. It really added to the overall sense of comfort, knowing that we were well taken care of. We also felt like we got a great deal for the price we paid. This vacation served my family well. We were in need of some R&R, and this location in the center of nature’s beauty provided us with just the right touch of TLC. We roasted marshmallows on the fire in the backyard and made s’mores, barbecued burgers and steaks in the grill and explored hiking trails. The home has scenic views to gaze off into, tranquil and peaceful. The person who decorated the home is very talented as it has all the right touches.

Thank for the stay . It was soo beautiful and relaxing to be out there. It felt so comfortable to stay and we got to see deer and flying turkeys . Such an experience. We all loved and hope to come back one day. Thank you for this . It felt magical .

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. B'ful place and so thoughtfully done. Every corner thought in great detail and attention. The gesture by the host to get us fresh cookies on arrival won our hearts. I wish we could stay longer. The airbnb itself is worth a 2-3 day stay over.

We had the pleasure of staying at Christina’s place for three nights, and from the very beginning, we felt right at home. Christina warmly welcomed us and took the time to walk us through all the equipment and features of the house, making us feel completely comfortable. My parents enjoyed it so much that they chose to spend an entire day relaxing at the house rather than exploring outside. It truly felt like the perfect getaway. The home is well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, and the surrounding gardens attract a variety of beautiful birds. With its charming Victorian vibe and a fully stocked kitchen, the space had everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Awesome house out side of Oakhurst! Plenty of room for our whole group! Plenty of beds! Nice bathrooms! Great little apartment style 1 bedroom on one end. Lots of parking! We had 4 different vehicles and a horse trailer. Wi-Fi not great at all but kept the kids off their phones. A crockpot would be nice for cold days. Very well maintained inside and out. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Great value for what you pay. Stop thinking about it, just book it!!

5 Stars! When you can open your door to the woods you know it’s gonna be a good time! And that’s what he had! Close to Yosemite and 5 mins from the town make it all worth it! (internet could be better. Of course we didn’t come for that but just a small upgrade would help.) Thank you!!

We had an amazing experience. The place is cozy, private, peaceful and full of supplies (kitchen, bathroom and food). Hosts were responsive and friendly. Mark kindly showed us around the farm and we were able to pet and feed the animals (duck, geese, goats, baby pigs, chicken, rooster and cats). Wifi works pretty good, there is an cooling unit if hot weather and an electric heater if weather is cold. we used the heater and work very good. Bed and pillows are confortable. Free parking space. Keep in mind this is an open space and mosquitos may arrive. 40min from Yosemite south entrance and 1.5 hrs from Ysoemite Valley 100% recommended place. We would definitely come back.

I have never been in such a tranquil place in my life. I highly recommend this place to stay - yo will not be disappointed. Very clean - also Marilyn left fresh roses and fresh roses - divine!!!!

Our week-long stay this April was absolutely perfect, largely thanks to our outstanding host. They were exceptionally friendly, incredibly responsive (often replying within minutes!), and proactively reached out to ensure everything was fine. Their thoughtfulness regarding guest needs and flexibility with arrangements were greatly appreciated. We loved the complimentary coffee selection and tasty snacks – a very nice, welcoming touch! The property itself was sparkling clean and offered profound quiet. Nestled deep within a serene, peaceful forest, it felt like a true escape from the noise and bustle of the nearby town, providing exactly the tranquil atmosphere we desired. The vibe was calm and welcoming. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you plan to use the sofa bed, remember to request it specifically when booking, as it needs to be set up by the host. We highly recommend this tranquil forest gem for a truly relaxing and restorative retreat!

We lived the views at this cabin in the trees! It was comfy and quiet and wonderful! The stairs are a bit steep so for a lengthy stay keep that in mind but we enjoyed the fishing from the dock, the sunsets were incredible and the boat was responsive and helpful. Not for anyone with knee injuries due to the stairs, but for the views… this place is totally worth it! We would love to stay again!

We really liked the location and the peaceful surroundings (we even saw a small group of deer crossing the street on our first evening at the cabin!). Everything was as described: close to the South entrance (and the Mariposa Grove) of Yosemite park, close to Oakhurst amenities. The cabin is so spacious that we almost regretted not taking some friends or family with us. Cheryl and Randy were very helpful and appointed the cabin with everything one might need during a visit. Thank you!

Amazing place! Easy to find and only 5 minutes from town but still so peaceful and secluded. Comfy bed, very nice little place for 1-2 people. Yosemite was only 25 minutes away, bass lake 10 minutes away. Host was very responsive and check-in was easy. I will be staying here on all my future Yosemite trips.

Our family had a blast at the jolly rancher! Location was great as our main goal was to explore Yosemite. Nicks recommendations were spot on when it came to exploring the park and suggested restaurants to eat at. We had 3 beautiful spring/ summer like days and 3 cloudy/ rainy/ snowy days. It’s was a magical blend of all the seasons in one week and it was wonderful to have a comfortable and FUN home to rest at in our down times. Absolute gem of a place!!!
