Come and relax with family or friends. Take an easy walk to Portuguese beach or a short bike ride to world class surf, views and beach living. Watch for shooting stars at night while sitting by the fire or just curl up with incredible views of the ocean. Quails, turkeys, deer and an occasional bobcat may stroll across the yard. As soon as you step out of the car you can feel and smell the ocean breeze. Our house has both the indoor and outdoor space to take it all in and close to trails.

The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast. It is located only 4 miles from Armstrong Redwoods, 15 miles to the gorgeous Sonoma coast and close to many wineries.
