We completed Harvest in January 2022, so this is a new beginning for ourselves and guests-we look forward to welcoming you! Just a 4 min walk to the bustling Shell Cove marina waterfront precinct, where you have a great choice of dining, specialty stores, woolies & recently opened Waterfront Tavern.

One of the only listings to have a pool in Kiama Downs. Pet-friendly, large space for 2 people with a kitchenette, fridge, combined dining, and living area with a bedroom with a queen bed. Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

The Townhouse - a sanctuary on the South Coast

The townhouse is a newly built, luxury home in The Waterfront precinct of Shell Cove in Shellharbour. This modern home perfectly accommodates a couple or a small family across its 2 bedrooms. The well- appointed kitchen and living area lead out to a private garden with a covered courtyard for outdoor dining and a sandpit for the kids. Stunning beaches, Shellharbour village, Bass Point Reserve, Killalea State Park, shopping and cafes are all within easy reach of the property.

Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.

This studio provides everything you need to enjoy some quiet time away from hustle and bustle, or if you prefer it's in close proximity to award winning restaurants, the links golf course, whale watching tours or some of the best beaches the South Coast has to offer. To finish off a day of adventures, settle in with a few drinks at the waterfront tavern
