We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

The Phinn-alley Guesthouse is in the Whittier heights neighborhood, b/w Phinney Ridge and Ballard. It is a perfect accommodation for a comfortable modern PNW - neighborhood retreat. This wood filled guesthouse has a hand crafted modern feel. Newly built, with simple high quality finishes inside and out, it has a feel of understated elegance. The shared stone patio separates the guesthouse from our home and garden, and is a lovely spot for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails.

Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
