Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Nikolovi dvori is a perfect summer holiday hause located on the unique and beautful island of Silba. Around the property, there are spacious olive gardens and orchard trees, which are surrounded by tradicional stone walls that give our guests privacy. The street is located in the center of the town but is quiet and isolated from the noise. There are several beaches only 5 minutes walking distance from the house. The house is a traditional island house with all the necessary equipment.

L'île verte, plongée dans la mer limpide, transparente , avec des plages exotiques, l'île sans voiture et sans hôtels, un vrai paradis.L'appartement est situé au-dessus de la plus belle plage (3 min à pied) à côté de la forêt et très près du village (10 min à pied). l'appart est très confortable, avec deux chambres, salle de bain, cuisine américaine, salon, terrace et jardin.

Nötige Infrastrukturen wie Supermärkte, Bankomat oder Restaurants sind in Gehweite.
