The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. Nearby scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean from your patio. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.
