Haus Sautens est une ancienne ferme, récemment rénové, dans un magnifique village paisible dans le Oetztal. Il ya une vue spectaculaire de l'Ötztal et de Stubai Montagnes. Il ya aussi un joli jardin, qui est de 1100 mètres carrés. L'appartement est de 110 mètres carrés et dispose de deux chambres, une salle de bains, une cuisine bien équipée et un salon. Hiver: Cinq minutes de l'ascenseur de ski à Oetz. A proximité il ya les stations de ski de Hochoetz / Kühtai, Sölden, et Ober / Hochgurgl et à seulement 25 mètres de l'arrêt de bus de ski! Eté: bel été attractions, randonnée, moutainbiking, canyoning, rafting, piscine, etc. Les appartements sont loués pour un minimum de 7 jours, du samedi au samedi en haute saison. Holiday apartment 1 in the House Wiesel is suitable for 1-4 persons. The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a large single bed in the spacious hallway, and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A second separate toilet is also available. Furthermore, the holiday apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy pine wood parlour with a tiled stove, and a terrace with a garden. The tourism tax for the Stubai Valley must be paid in cash on site. Persons over 15 years of age pay €4.80 per day.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Inntalradweg. Mötz liegt ca. 35 km westlich von Innsbruck, mit dem Auto 25 Minuten. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, mit dem Zug ist Innsbruck in ca. 35 Minuten zu erreichen.
