Το σπίτι μας φιλοξενεί άνετα έως 6 άτομα και προσφέρει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, άνετο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι αυτόνομο , υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονο. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης και για ακόμα ένα κρεβάτι.Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τρία ατομα. Είναι μέσα στον οικισμό της Σκάλας Καλλιράχης ,περίπου 1000 μέτρα απο το χωριό. Ένα χωριό που διαθέτει καφεταίριες,ταβέρνες,φαρμακεία, super markets.Κατάλληλο μέρος για να απολαύσει κάποιος τις διακοπές του αλλά και το μπάνιο του στις ξαπλώστρες του καταλύματος.

Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Our house (Neki's apartments) has 4 appartments of 45sq.m. each one, consisted of one bedroom with a double king size bed and a living room with two seated bed. The house is located in the middle of the village, so mini market, bakery and farmacy is near the house. The sea is at 150 m.
