Wellanidia Cottage ist ein kleines Steinhaus (ca.35qm) was beinahe vollständig von einer uralten Eiche überkrönt ist. Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem 1600qm großen Grundstück, das gegenüber vom Dorf Skoutari liegt. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich mein Turmhaus und weiter unten auf dem Grundstück eine Töpferwerkstatt. Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού.
