The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. The Carriage House is a unique property close to the market square with good bus links to neighbouring towns. Boston is 17 miles away, Skegness 11 and Lincoln 25. The area is known for its close links to aviation history with museum and RAF Coningsby 15 minutes away. Bolingbroke Castle is 10 minutes by car and Gunby Hall just one of many places to visit.

Double bed, all towels and linen included, TV, Wood Burner, quirky outdoor WC, shower and cooking area with a gas stove and a small BBQ. Kettle, tea, coffee, cooking pots and cutlery. Lovely 10 minute walk to Batemans Brewery and own centre which has numerous pubs, shops, takeaways. Train station with regular service to Skegness or 10 minute drive.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
