Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Restaurants zu Fuß in 10 Min. oder in 2 Automin. erreichbar. BERGBAHNEN Werfenweng 2 km, OBERTAUERN 49 km, Ski AMADE und Therme AMADE 25 km. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe. The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space.
