Yorgos çok açık ve samimi bir iletişime sahiptir. Evin konumu denize ve sahildeki mekanlara çok kısa yürüme mesafesinde, ayrica evin çok keyifli 3 adet balkonu var. Huzur dolu bir işletme, teşekkür ederiz.

Herrlicher Blick auf den Hafen von Kusadasi. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt mit schwieriger Anfahrt falls man mit dem PKW anreist. Dafür hat sich Hüsnü jederzeit kompetent, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit gekümmert. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, modern renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben die Zeit in Stellas Apartment sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung und ist für uns perfekt gewesen. Sehr sauber, in der Küche alles notwendige vorhanden, das Bad sauber und angenehm, der Balkon mit himmlischen Ausblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Einzig ein Moskitonetz vor der Tür des Balkons wäre wirklich nötig, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war ausgezeichnet. Wir empfehlen das Apartment jedem, der das wunderschöne Posidonio erleben möchte.

Vi har hatt 2 fantastiske uker her. Leilighet og uteplass blandt fruktrær helt topp. Vertskap Anna og hennes mor var helt fantastiske. De har vært hjelpsomme og hyggelige hele veien. Gresk atmosfære og gjestfrihet på sitt ypperste. Perfekt beliggenhet med kort avstand til både strand, turterreng og hovedgata i sentrum. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

Good place to stay for a quiet trip to Pythagoreio— a quaint place with all of the essentials and within walking distance to shops and dining.

Highly recommend! Amazing view from the property, best beach of the island just in front of the building. You can also enjoy the nearby cafes and restaurants. So the location was more than perfect. Very tidy, clean and equipped with everything you need. The communication with the host was very good and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The 2-bed apartment is stunning – stylish, clean, and in an unbeatable location right on the main street in Pythagorio. As an extra treat, they gave us lovely Easter gifts including sweetened bread, dyed eggs, and chocolates – such a thoughtful touch! We genuinely felt welcomed and looked after. We’ll definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommend!

Funda hanım çok dost canlısıydı hatta bir gün ekstra kalmamıza bile izin verdi. Ev çok rahattı ve imkanları çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle konakladığımıza değdi çok harika bir deneyimdi. Herkese öneririm

La casa è meravigliosa, il panorama è bellissimo. Siamo stati molto bene. La strada sterrata non presenta problemi e può essere percorsa da qualsiasi auto ma è molto ripida nel tratto di accesso alla casa e la salita è meglio farla da soli. Se si arriva tardi è meglio procurarsi del cibo perché i negozi sono lontani. I proprietari ci hanno dato un appuntamento e ci hanno accompagnato a casa. Molto gentili tutti. Grazie

Casa molto bella e pulita con un ampio giardino alberato dove trascorrere bei momenti. Ottima se si è con un gruppo di amici. C'è anche una sala giochi e TV (così grande che sembra quasi un cinema). La posizione è centralissima, leggermente defilata dal caos dei locali e negozi. Ci si sposta a piedi. La posizione è perfetta per non utilizzare auto o altri mezzi. Può essere scomoda se ci si sposta con un pulmino (come nel nostro caso) perchè le strade centrali sono strette e risulta difficile parcheggiare. L'Host, Ada Hasan, ci ha accolto facendoci trovare una ciambella yogurt e noci (buonissima). E' una persona disponibile e sempre attento a farci stare bene. Bellissima esperienza!

I was at Manolis’ place with my wife and 2 children. The place is not far from downtown (5 min car drive to pythagorion public parking area). It is a loft style 1 bedroom house with a fruit garden. We haven’t faced any problem. The most amazing moment was to lie down on sunbeds on the terrace and watching stars at night with no noise, no light. It was unforgettable!

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.
