Downstairs you have a very spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, bar and terrace including a private jacuzzi. Outside you'll find the pool and sun-terrace, which are shared common areas.

Ten acres of beautiful gardens and a shared pool overlook the lake and volcanoes, creating a paradise for birdwatchers and nature lovers. There are 6 properties on the estate. Please note there are many steps from the dock to the property. Arrive by boat only, and bring a torch if arriving after dark.
