It's a 10-minute stroll down a beautiful bush track to Narrawallee Beach and 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is a studio apartment with a shared living and bedroom space. Your pet is welcome to use a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground! The unit is located 1 km from the beach and the river and 6 km from the small country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, bushwalking and bike trails are easily accessible.

Attatched to main house it has a private entrance and 2nd Airbnb nearby. Bedsit doesn't face the ocean but guests have their own table overlooking the beautiful beach. Five nearby cafes offer great meals or you can cook simple meals. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
