The house is not at streel level, there are 465 steps down from the road in Montepertuso. You must be fit and able to climb steps and carry your bags down. Heavy luggage is not advised. The house has a separate front door, living area, small kitchen, fridge, low ceilinged bathroom and bedroom with balcony overlooking pool.

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.
