we stayed at Salma's place for our holiday. the place was great, just next to plenty of restaurant and supermarket.salma was super responsive and caring. highly recommended

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Sudah 2 bulan disini… staff sangat ramah.. checkin mudah.. staff sangat membantu ketika ada yg ingin di tanyakkan / ada kebutuhan lainya. Furniture dan elektronik lengkap. Suasananya nyaman.. security disini ramah.

Bu Diah baik banget orang nya. Respon chat selalu cepat. Balasan chat nya pun selalu jelas. Apartment nya pun sangat rapih, bagus dan lengkap. Bu Diah sudah siapkan semua yang dibutuhkan di dalam apartment ini. Apartment nya sangat terawat. Bakalan stay disini lagi kalau saya di jakarta. Bener-bener nyaman kaya di rumah tempat nya.

Fantastic apartment conveniently attached to a mall with easy access to food and shops. It was also easily accessible for gojek/grab drivers.

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the space comfortable. 4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

Our stay at Pak Hadi's place was superb. The unit was spotless clean, very comfortable. Amenities seperti handuk, sabun, dll sudah diaediakan. Bahkan mie instant, teh, dan kopi pun disediakan. Check in was hassle-free. Pak Hadi pun sangat baik dan komunikatif. Lokasi berada di daerah BSD city, dekat ke mana-mana. Overall puas sekali stay di unit nya Pak Hadi.

Great place, Khai was very responsive. Requested for more pillows and blanket and was brought same day.

It was a great stay, place was neat, clean, and well prepared. will surely recommend this to others and be back for future stays.

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It is also very spacious, has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and another with a shower. Two bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate laundry room. It is clean and well-equipped. There was a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy it in the store, which was very kind of the hosts and very convenient for us. The apartment is connected to the mall which is great too. Mr. Fuad was very kind and met us himself, although there is a self-check in service too. He met us and showed us the apartment, explained some details around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

My family and I had an extended stay at Nilawati's place and can't wait to return. The pictures honestly don't do the apartment and location justice. The apartment is immaculately clean and well kept with every essential item needed to maintain it. The balcony views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The apartment building has an unbelievable pool/garden/playground area with equally spectacular views of the sea. And the apartment building is literally connected to the adjacent Baywalk mall that has a large grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and even a cinema. Nilawati is also a superb host: always responsive, always helpful, and always very considerate and accommodating. We really felt at home and that had a lot to do with both how well this apartment is maintained and prepared for guests but also with how great Nilawati was at being a kind, responsive, and considerate host.
